1.        No phone or text message history

Most people delete their phone history once in a while– text message usually when their inbox is full. The next time your spouse leaves their phone lying around have a quick peak at their call history and their inbox. If nothings there than you can start building your case further – don’t jump to conclusions yet though.

2.       Online cheating

Meeting people online is so common and so very easy these days do not be surprised if your partner is attempting to meet other people in a chat room or dating service. If you have access to banking information take a look at it and see if there are any suspicious transactions that have occurred lately.

3.       Internet History and Cookies

Internet browsers are usually set to keep internet history for a certain period of time or until deleted and cookies usually keep for 30 days or whatever your specific web browser is set to. Have a look at the internet history – this can be quicker than looking at a bank statement and may save you the hassle. If the history is deleted when you get to it your on your way to building a case.
